Fire damages house and car near Easton

FRESNO, Calif. -- Firefighters are on the scene of a large house fire near Walnut and Parlier, south of Easton.

When firefighters arrived, the car and side of the house were in flames. Authorities say two people were in the home, but they were able to get out with injuries.

Fire crews say the home and a car outside have both been severely damaged.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
