FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dozens of students across Fresno County are taking action to help educate the public with their year-long research projects.
The Health Youth Corps Showcase took place on Monday at Fresno City College.
Students were tasked with finding topics they consider to be most important in society, such as energy drink consumption among young people.
They also set up booths with charts and scales to showcase everything they learned about their subject.
The Central Valley Health Youth Corps program is meant to unite high school student teams to explore social determinants of health, health equity and health advocacy.
