Investigation underway following house fire in Fresno's Tower District

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities are working to determine the cause of a house fire in Fresno's Tower District.

It broke out around 7:30 p.m. Friday at a home near Roosevelt and Olive.

A neighbor reported hearing a pop before flames engulfed the structure.

Crews were able to contain the blaze quickly and it's unclear if anyone was home at the time the fire started.
