Man rescued after falling 20 feet at an industrial facility near Pixley, officials say

PIXLEY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in the hospital after falling feet above the ground in an industrial facility.

The Tulare County Fire Department shared these images of the response on Avenue 120 near Highway 99 between Tipton and Pixley.

Officials say the man fell 20 feet onto a catwalk that was about 40 feet above the ground.

Crews used a rope system to rescue the man.

He was flown to a nearby medical center.

His current condition has not yet been released.
