Miss California crowned in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A local titleholder is beginning her reign as the new Miss California.

Miss Yosemite Valley Jillian Smith was crowned at the Saroyan Theatre Saturday. The new Miss California is from Grass Valley and is currently a student at Cal Poly.
