Police arrest Lindsay man for sexually assaulting minor

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is out of jail after being accused of sexually assaulting someone under the age of 18.

20-year-old Daniel Guzman of Lindsay was taken into custody on Tuesday after being connected to last year's crime.

He agreed to meet detectives at a designated location where he was arrested.

He was booked in the adult pre-trial facility but has since been released.
