Crews reach full containment on 'Valley Fire' near Porterville

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KFSN) -- Crews have reached full containment on the "Valley Fire" that erupted near Porterville.

The blaze started on Reservation Road and Success Valley Drive.

Livestock in the area were seen running away from the danger.
