FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Improvements for the Fresno Chandler Executive Airport have been approved.
The City Council passed the actions pertaining to the Runway 12-30 rehabilitation project.
The proposed plans involve removing and resurfacing parts of the runway in Southwest Fresno to bring it up to current safety standards.
The repairs are required to upgrade the existing runway.
