Teen taken to hospital in central Fresno hit and run, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 13-year-old boy has been taken to the hospital following a hit-and-run crash in central Fresno.
The crash happened on Thesta Street and Grant Avenue, near Belmont street on Monday night.
Fresno Police say a vehicle collided with a parked car. People in that parked car got out and got into a physical disturbance with neighbors who witnessed the crash and then they ran off.
Officers say when the crash happened, a 13-year-old pedestrian was hit.
They say the teen is conscious and breathing. He was taken to the hospital.
The suspects involved in the hit-and-run have not yet been found.
Officers are on scene and investigating at this time.
