Tutor who worked at Fresno High school arrested for sexual harassment, deputies say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A California Teaching Fellows Foundation tutor has been arrested for allegedly sexually harassing children at Fresno High School.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday that 26-year-old Keebtsim Txhim Christopher Xiong of Fresno was arrested and booked into the Fresno County jail.

His bail was set at $100,000 and he has since bailed out.

Xiong is accused of inappropriately communicating with minors in a group chat through the online app Discord.

Detectives say evidence shows Xiong exchanged child sex abuse material with the children and was making efforts to meet one of them in person.

The California Teaching Fellows Foundation, which is contracted by Fresno Unified, has placed Xiong on administrative leave.

Detectives believe there could be more victims and urge anyone with information to contact the Fresno County Sheriff's Office.
