CHP investigating shooting near Highway 180 in Fresno County

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- An active investigation is underway following a shooting near a Fresno County highway.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that shots were fired Saturday night on McCall Avenue near Highway 180, which is just northwest of Sanger.

The California Highway Patrol is handling the active investigation.

It's unclear if anyone was injured or any details on a possible suspect.
