Vehicle crashes into power pole, leaving many without power in Madera

MADERA (KFSN) -- A vehicle has crashed into a power pole on Granada Drive between National and Sunset avenues, leaving 2,985 customers without power.

Madera Police are working with PG&E to clear the downed power lines blocking traffic and are asking drivers to avoid the area.

No one was injured.

Alcohol and drugs were not factors in the crash.

It is unknown when power will be restored.
