'Veteran Strategic Hiring Event' being held for Valley veterans

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The County of Fresno is taking action to get veterans on the path to fulfilling careers.

The County and its partners are hosting the Veteran Strategic Hiring Event.

Valley vets can get free interview coaching, resume help and connect with employers looking to hire.

There is a mandatory Dress Rehearsal at 9 am on Tuesday, August 12.

The hiring event takes place at 9 am on Tuesday, August 19, at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District.
