
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Teams from Washington Union High's robotics program will be representing the Valley in both state and national competitions.
The high school in Easton said two teams qualified for the State Championship over the weekend.
One team made the cut by taking first place at a tournament in Bakersfield.
The state championship is happening on March 14 at Cal State, Bakersfield.
The top team has also been invited to the US Open, held in Iowa.
We're told 160 teams are selected from around 10,000 teams across the United States and Canada.
