Pregame fashion has been getting more and more attention these days as players in every sport look to out-do one another's style. Think LeBron James rocking an all-white suit before a Los Angeles Lakers game, or Lamar Jackson showing out with a puffy jacket and chain on Sundays.

Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos took pregame fashion to a new level before Game 3 of the National League Championship Series against the San Diego Padres on Friday. He decided to make his glove the must-have accessory.

We can't quite recall the last time a player straight up included equipment as part of their swag. It's a brave choice by Castellanos, both because of the novelty factor and the issue that he's at -11.4 defensive WAR for his career, per Baseball-Reference data. To be fair, Castellanos does have a 1.000 fielding percentage this year.

Castellanos has been quiet with the bat in the NLCS, but he did hit .313 with five RBIs in the NL Division Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Hopefully for Phillies fans, his fit might be a good sign of things to come in Game 3.
