DOJ investigating Rep. Cory Mills: Sources

The Justice Department is investigating embattled Republican Florida Rep. Cory Mills, according to multiple sources familiar with the situation. 

The investigation is in part about his finances, according to sources. Mills' office did not respond to ABC News' request for comment.
