As devastating and deadly fires continue to burn in Southern California, people traveling to Los Angeles need to plan ahead.
The New York City Fire Department has released footage of the burned out hallway and stairwell of the apartment building in the Bronx, where a five-alarm fire killed 12 people on Thursday night.
NYPD officials revealed a few details about the victims, though no names have been released.
