Former Patriots receiver Stefon Diggs is found not guilty of assaulting his private chef in a pay dispute.
Stephen Bertolino, the attorney for the Laundrie family, spoke out on "Good Morning America," the day after Brian's remains were found in a Florida nature preserve.
In a statement, the FBI said it used dental records to identify the remains.
A former police chief called the events leading up to the discovery of human remains in a Florida reserve Wednesday, along with items belonging to Brian Laundrie, "quite strange."
The apparent human remains have not been identified, the FBI said Wednesday.
"When you're talking about strangulation, that is very typically the cause of death in domestic violence cases," ABC News Chief Legal Analyst Dan Abram said.
