Authorities identify man shot by law enforcement Saturday in Parlier
Authorities have identified the man shot several times by law enforcement Saturday in Parlier. 53-year-old Jose Garcia remains hospitalized in critical condition Monday. Investigators say Garcia opened fired on an officer who was parked in a patrol car.
