FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- P*DE*Q closed the doors to the Central Fresno caf at 5pm Tuesday after three years in business.

Its owners opened the cafe across the street from Fresno High School in 2011 after receiving positive reaction for their tapioca based cheese bread balls at the Fresno Food Expo.

Since then, P*DE*Q has expanded to 23 Costco stores in Northern California. And now the business is moving forward with its expansion by partnering up with Wawona Frozen Foods to manufacture the treats.

The Clovis cafe will remain open.
