BBQ Meatball Sliders

Ingredients:

For Meatballs:

1 lb Ground Beef

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 egg (*I did not show this on tv)

2-3 TB Mayo

1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

1/4 tsp Paprika

1 Pack King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

4 Slices Cheddar Cheese

4 Slices Bacon

1 yellow Onion, Chopped

BBQ Sauce

Optional: Toothpicks

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until evenly mixed. Form 1.5-2 inch Meatballs. Place in a Baking dish- Bake for 25 minutes. (To prep in advance, store raw meatballs sealed in the fridge overnight & prepare before your gathering)

2. Place Bacon slices on lined Cookie Sheet on bake for 15 minutes. Remove, let cool, and chop.

3. Saute Onion until translucent and lightly browned.

4. Using a serrated knife, keep the sweet rolls connected and cut in half.

Making Sliders:

Start on a lined cookie sheet, with the bottom of the bread, layer 1 meatball on each roll. Place the cheese slices across the top, add the onions & bacon. Place in oven and Broil for 3 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Place the bun lids in for 3 minutes.

Remove, add the lids & toothpicks, slice at perforated lines and serve!
