The Easiest Beef Stew Ever

Serves: 6

Cooking Time: 4 hr

What You'll Need:

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon seasoned salt, divided

1 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaf

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 onion, sliced into half moons

4 potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks

5 carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks

2 celery stalks, sliced

1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 3/4 cup beef broth

What To Do:

1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; add beef and stir until evenly coated.

2. Place beef in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients, including remaining salt and pepper.

3. Cover and cook on High 4 to 5 hours, or on Low 10 to 11 hours.
