Authorities say 21-year-old Luis Rocha-Lopez was under the influence when he ran a stop sign at Sweet and Conyer Streets early Saturday morning. His SUV hit one car in the intersection then hit a parked car before rolling over and hitting a 16-year-old pedestrian.
That teen was taken to the hospital along with Rocha and his 19-year-old passenger. But they are all expected to recover.
The parked car was also pushed into a house, causing minor damage.
