Hiker found dead on the High Sierra Trail

FRESNO, Calif. -- National Park Service rangers found a hiker dead along the High Sierra Trail Friday night and the death is under investigation.
Rangers at Sequoia National Park say a fellow hiker came to the Lodgepole Visitor Center and said the 26-year-old from Tustin, California needed medical help for stomach pains.
A paramedic and an EMT hiked six miles to the location, but the man was already dead.
