Fresno Police need your help finding an at-risk missing person

FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- Gabriel Polin, 43, walked away from his home in the area of Winery and Yale in east-central Fresno.

He has not been seen since about 5:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Authorities say he had a stroke a few years ago and has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old.

He was last seen wearing a gray tank top, gray and white plaid shorts, flip flops and a raiders ball cap. He also has a tattoo of a dragon on his chest.

Anyone with information on Polin's whereabouts is asked to call authorities.
