Small plane makes emergency landing in Fresno
The Fresno County Sheriff's Office said the plane took off and reached about 200 feet when the pilot noticed an issue with the power. He decided to make an emergency landing near Highway 180 and Marks Avenue.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A pilot made an emergency landing Friday afternoon in the middle of a Fresno field.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office said the plane took off and reached about 200 feet when the pilot noticed an issue with the power. He decided to make an emergency landing near Highway 180 and Marks Avenue.

Two people were on board at the time, but no one was injured.

However, the plane was damaged. Then NTSB is now investigating what happened.
