Kings County Sheriff's Office looking for inmate who escaped from juvenile detention center

KINGS COUNTY (KFSN) -- The search is on for a missing inmate in Hanford. The sheriff's office said a young man escaped from the Kings County Juvenile Center Wednesday evening just after 7:00.

He ran across the street towards Applebee's and was last seen wearing a brown detention jumpsuit.

Investigators said they are still looking for him.
