Woman shot during argument in Southwest Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are looking for three men in connection to a shooting in Southwest Fresno.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. Monday at a home on Belgravia and Clara. Officers say three men got into an argument with a woman in her 40's. That's when one of the three shot the woman in the lower body.

The woman was taken to Community Regional Medical Center in stable condition.

"There were several other family members in front of the residence when the victim was shot. There were several rounds fired. So at this point, we have officers in the area, we're canvassing, looking for suspects," said Lt. Steve Card, Fresno Police.

Police say there were also several shots fired near the scene on Belgravia. It's not known if the two incidents are connected.
