Southbound Highway 99 closed at Highway 152 due to overturned big rig

The CHP says an overturned big rig has prompted the closure of southbound Highway 99 at Highway 152. There is an alternate route in place, however traffic is moving slowly through the area.

There is no estimated time of the freeway reopening.
