Fresno, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno State police say officers arrested 25-year-old Dylan Hall Wednesday afternoon for exposing himself to four Fresno State employees at the McDonalds off Shaw and Cedar--right near the college campus in the middle of the day.

"Especially coming from this area right here McDonald's come on now, this is a public area who would want to do nonsense like that there's no need for that," said Maurice Harris.

And it is not Hall's first interaction with police--records show he has a long criminal history of misdemeanors involving drug use, theft, and trespassing --plus felonies including burglary and arson.

"It's crazy, it seems like honestly the times just keep getting crazier and crazier," said Veronica Rain.

Rain lives near this McDonalds and sometimes walks there with her kids who are two and four years old and says it is crazy to think someone would have exposed themselves here.

"I wouldn't want my kids to see that," said Rain.

People who come to the kid-friendly food chain say they are going to be more aware of their surroundings in the area.

"That can endanger students like come on now," said
