Toddler who fell into Jacuzzi declared brain dead, authorities say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A three-year-old that fell into his family's backyard Jacuzzi on Saturday, is brain dead, authorities say.

Fresno County Sheriff's deputies say the toddler was outside with his teenage siblings when he fell into the water.

His parents were inside doing housework.

Deputies performed CPR on the boy before rushing him to the hospital.
