FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police are investigating a fight and stabbing involving as many as eight people.
Investigators were called out to the intersection of Inyo and Jackson in Southeast Fresno a little after 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Police believe the incident started about a block away near the social services office. They say several women were fighting with each other, when several men they knew also got involved.
A 19-year-old man was stabbed in the upper body and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they know who the suspect is, but are not releasing his name.
