No problems reported in Fresno after Ferguson decision

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Using surveillance cameras, Fresno police monitored a dozen protesters at Fresno and C streets on Monday night. Chief Jerry Dyer says no one locally broke the law by turning violent.
