Office of Independent Review's quarterly report

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The office looking into complaints about the Fresno Police Department has completed its latest report.

The Office of Independent Review's quarterly report covers the period from June 27 through Sept. 30.

Independent reviewer Rick Rasmussen reviewed more than a dozen cases involving the Fresno Police Department, from use of excessive force to discourteous treatment.

In each case, the finding was that the employees' actions were reasonable or the claim was baseless.
