Pink goo rejuvenating agent to cover Visalia streets

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- If you live in Visalia, you might notice some odd-colored substance on the roads.

Starting Tuesday, road crews will be covering the streets with a special rejuvenating agent that looks like pink goo.

The project focuses on neighborhoods in Northwest Visalia, near Pratt and Demaree, and Main and Ranch.

The substance is pink at first, but then turns black once it's absorbed into the asphalt.
