FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman is dead after a rollover crash in Southwest Fresno on Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. on northbound Highway 41 near North Avenue. The CHP says the 31-year-old Fresno woman was driving a 2000 Buick at a high rate of speed, and was not wearing her seatbelt, when she drifted into the center median and lost control.

The car flipped several times, and the driver was ejected over a fence and into the Midnight Express Trucking yard. The woman died at the scene. Her name has not been released.
