Worker airlifted after accident at business in Madera
A woman is recovering after being injured on the job in Madera.

MADERA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman is recovering after being injured on the job in Madera. It happened Monday at Eurodrip USA on Almond Avenue and Schnoor Street.

Authorities say the 43-year-old woman was working on a piece of equipment when her right foot got stuck. Police say she was alert and crying before she was airlifted out, and they called Life Flight as a precaution.

There is no word on what caused the accident, but Action News is told the woman will not lose her leg.
