Small plane crash prompts heavy emergency response in northwest Fresno
A small plane crashed near the Sierra Sky Park airport on Saturday afternoon.
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Emergency crews are responding to a small plane crash near Sierra Sky Park in northwest Fresno.

The Fresno Fire Department says the plane crashed Saturday afternoon but could not confirm how the plane crashed.
No additional information on any passengers has been provided.
Multiple agencies, including Fresno Police, the Fresno Fire Department, PG&E, the Fresno County Sheriff's Office and the North Central Fire Department are on scene.
According to PG&E's power outage map, at least 50 to 500 residents are currently without power in the area of the crash.
