In a race this close, every vote counts, but unfortunately, not every vote will be counted.

Everybodys signature is unique, but not everybody's signature stays the same. But to determine if mail in ballots can be counted, the signature on the ballot envelope has to match the signature on the voter's registration card and eyes from both parties are watching the signature verification process.
