Blue ribbons decorate Coalinga in support of law enforcement

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Parts of Coalinga are blue Saturday evening in a show of support to local law enforcement.

Organizer Tanya Stolz and other community members painted Coalinga blue by placing blue ribbons all over the city.

The event was to show local police officers and their chief that the city of Coalinga stands with them.

The event was held Saturday morning and city leaders were invited to speak and participate.
