Fresno's Quincy Pondexter donates Thanksgiving meals

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An NBA player from the Valley is remembering his roots this holiday season.

Quincy Pondexter donated 200 boxes of pre-packaged Thanksgiving meals to the West Fresno and Fink-White Boys & Girls Clubs on Saturday. Families lined up on Tulare Street in Downtown Fresno for the giveaway.

Pondexter is an alumnus of the West Fresno Club and San Joaquin Memorial High School.

He worked with his current team -- the Memphis Grizzlies -- and Walmart to make this donation day possible.
