Officers believe Riza Cosa committed suicide by jumping from a building in Turkey.
The body of Cosa's wife, Winsome Angela Perez, was discovered last week in a bag outside the company where Cosa once worked as a welder in Westbury.
Cosa may also be involved in the mysterious disappearance of his Canadian mistress.
A note found near his body reportedly blames his financial troubles.
