Police found a 21-year-old man suffering from a stab wound. He died later at the hospital.
Police believe the suspect is Edwin Martinez, a former Dos Palos High School student. They believe he drove away from the scene in a light colored Mitsubishi.
Anyone with information is asked to call Dos Palos police.
