San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York arrested in Ohio for prostitution: court documents

EAST PALESTINE, Ohio -- San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio, over the weekend.

According to court documents, he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools.

He was originally arrested for engaging in prostitution.

York must now serve a two-day sentence in the Columbiana County Jail. He must also pay an $1,100 fine.

York has ties to the Youngstown, Ohio area. He graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School.
