/*Fernando Figueroa*/ was arrested Tuesday morning. He's accused of killing 30-year-old /*Sergio Lopez*/ back on January 28th.
Lopez was found shot to death at an apartment near Peach and Kings Canyon.
Officers discovered Lopez's body inside one of the units.
