The New York Post reports that Ashley Dupre, Spitzer's favorite escort, is seven months along and due in October.
Dupre now has a lingerie shop in Red Bank, New Jersey, to go along with a massive engagement ring.
Her fiance is reported to be New Jersey asphalt scion Thomas Earle.
