FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Major progress was made Thursday in the fight against a fire burning in Fresno County.
Crews now have the Blue Fire 75 percent contained two days after the flames first broke out south of Shaver Lake.
Firefighters are mopping up some areas as they gain more ground on the 400-acre fire.
Two private homes are still threatened.
An evacuation map has been posted online by the Fresno County Sheriff's Office. Click here for more.
Crews say the fire was headed toward an area where the massive Creek Fire destroyed brush and timber last year.
Around 175 firefighters were called to help battle the Blue Fire.
It is not known what started the fire.
