Car crashes into tree on Herndon in northwest Fresno, kills driver

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- 20 year-old Ramon Franco died in a car crash on Herndon in northwest Fresno late Friday night.

The car flipped and hit trees between Marks and Van Ness, killing the driver.

Police didn't give us a lot of details about the crash, but they say it happened around 11 p.m. and they shut down Herndon for more than six hours.
