2 houses in Merced's Ragsdale Historic District catch fire

MERCED, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two houses in Merced caught fire late Thursday night.

The Merced fire chief confirmed the fire started on 1st between East 26th & 27th in the Ragsdale Historic District.

The fire started at one house and then spread to another.

The Red Cross is helping residents that can't return to their homes.

So far, no injuries have been reported.
