Feuding factions of Chukchansi tribe will face off in court

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- In less than 24 hours, two feuding factions of the Chukchansi tribe will face off in front of a federal judge. The power struggle has forced the shutdown of the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino in Madera County. The business is responsible for 1,300 employees, who are now out of work.
